Twitter user exposes rape of a young girl by a NEMA official

This person took to twitter yesterday to cry out for help in the demand for justice for a 14 year old girl who was allegedly raped by a NEMA staff. She wanted people to intervene to bring the alleged rapist to book. More tweets below
